Hatha yoga · online and in Prague

Slow down. Breathe. Come back to yourself.

I'm Priyanka. I teach traditional Indian Hatha yoga and Yoga Sangraha, a practice still rare to find in Prague, where ancient tradition meets its scientific grounding. The practice focuses on grounding, stillness and ease. No performance, no rush. Just you, your breath and your body.

Your first class is on me. All levels are welcome!

About me

I came to yoga not knowing what I was looking for.

Slowly I understood it was never about reaching or performing, but about returning. Through breath and stillness, the body becomes a doorway to what has always been here.

I trained in traditional Indian Hatha yoga of the Dashami lineage at Pratyaksha Yogashala, under Yashwanth Panyam. Today I keep learning, going deeper into Yoga Sangraha with my mentor Myra Khanna in Kolkata.

I don't see myself as a teacher so much as a student, sharing what keeps being passed down to me. Real change doesn't come from forcing. It grows slowly, like a seed you take care of.

The practice

Three threads, woven to fit you

Every session blends these three, shaped by your progress, your body and how your day feels. Not a fitness class: a practice you take with you.

Yoga Sangraha

Tradition meets science

Classical Hatha sequences paired with what modern science knows about calming the nervous system. You hold poses slowly and breathe through them gently. The aim is stillness, not effort.

Studied by distance under Myra Khanna. Read about Yoga Sangraha at Yoga Education College.

Sthiram

Grounding

A slower, steadier practice that brings your attention down into your feet, your breath and your spine. It helps especially with stress, restlessness, poor sleep or a long, busy day.

Learned under Yashwanth Panyam at Pratyaksha Yogashala, in the Dashami lineage of Hatha yoga.

Prana Nigraha

Training the breath

The next step once you feel steady. You learn to train your breath like a muscle, gently lengthening and holding it with awareness, for more clarity and balance. The effort slowly becomes effortless.

The stage that comes before pranayama, in the classical Hatha tradition.
