1. Introductory Provisions
• 1.1. Agreement: By checking the agreement box during registration, purchasing a plan, or booking a class, the customer (hereinafter "Client") explicitly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
• 1.2. Service Format: The Provider offers services in two formats: Offline (in-person studio classes/sessions) and Online (live digital broadcasting platforms). The rules below apply based on the specific plan purchased by the Client.
2. Plans, Validity, and Expiration
• 2.1. Pricing Structure: The services are provided based on the selected tier at the time of purchase
• 2.2. Strict 28-Day Expiration: All memberships (Standard, Full) and the Monthly Private Plan strictly expire 28 days from the date of purchase.
• 2.3. No Roll-Overs: Any unused group class credits or private sessions remaining at the end of the 28-day cycle are automatically forfeited. They cannot be refunded, extended, or rolled over.
• 2.4. Non-Transferability: All plans and memberships are personal, individual, and non-transferable. They cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• 3.1. Group Classes: Group classes cannot be rescheduled. If a client misses a booked online group class, the session credit is automatically used and forfeited.
• 3.2. Private 1-on-1 Sessions:
o Rescheduling a private session requires at least 24 hours' advance notice.
o A Client is permitted a maximum of two (2) successful reschedules per 28-day cycle.
o Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions beyond the allowed 2 reschedules, are fully forfeited.
4. Client Responsibilities & Liability
• 4.1. Technical Requirements (Online): For online sessions, the Client is fully responsible for securing a stable internet connection and compatible hardware. The Provider is not responsible for missed classes due to technical failures on the Client's end.
• 4.2. Studio Rules (Offline): For in-person classes, the Client must arrive on time, respect studio property, and follow the instructor's house rules. The Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in changing areas or common spaces.
5. Studio Rules and Health Liability
• 5.1. Health Status: Yoga classes involve physical exertion. By attending, the Client confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate. The Studio is not a medical facility, and instructors cannot provide medical advice.
• 5.2. Reporting Conditions: The Client is obliged to inform the instructor before the class starts about any health limitations, injuries, or pregnancy.
• 5.3. Liability Limitation: The Studio is not liable for injuries caused by the Client’s negligence, failure to follow the instructor’s guidelines, or withholding health information.
• 5.4. Personal Property: The Studio is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items left unattended in the changing rooms or common areas. Valuables should be brought into the yoga hall.
6. Payments and Withdrawal Rights
• 5.1. Advance Payment Requirement: All payments for memberships, monthly private plans, packages, or drop-in classes must be made fully in advance before the start of the respective billing month/28-day cycle or before attending the first session. Booking access will not be granted until successful payment is confirmed.
• 5.2. Immediate Performance: By purchasing a plan and booking or attending a class, the Client requests that the services begin immediately. The Client acknowledges that once an online class is attended or a credit is used, they lose their right to a refund for that utilized portion.
